Push Notification IONIC

I'm doing a Mobile project in Angular / Cordova / IONIC, but I'm in the push notification phase, since it's a separate project.

I've tried a lot of tutorials on the web, even my own IONIC , but it does not work, does anyone have any tips? a 'git', a simple manual. Hugs

This link has the official documentation, I would use this in my project. And this link has more complete documentation and video. I'm also working with Ionic and I'll also have to push forward.
