External url access in Windows Server

Well the problem I have is the following: I have an application that sends SMS, it makes a POST request to a certain url. What happens is that I run the application on the server and it works and consequently for the clients as well. But after about 20 minutes it presents the error: "Connection closed unexpectedly", when I open the browser on the server it asks me for the credential and when I put it back up and running again after about 20 minutes it has the same error.

You will probably have to use additional codes to automatically enter your credentials on the server.
