Does anyone know how to use root at the prompt / terminal, but with its suu rename?

If it was what I understood, with your logged in user type "su", in your case that renamed "suu" put your root password, so you are allowed root. While the correct one is they use the sudo command to perform root privileges.

If you need to use the console, use "sudo konqueror"

which will open the file manager with root privileges. then you can rename it ..etc..etc.
