I noticed that you have a panel to visually represent the title bar you hid, and on this panel you pasted an image ( PictureBox ) displaying the title "Moderator Wizard".

So I've associated code to the MouseDown event of these two components.

PictureBox3_MouseDown and header_MouseDown are methods associated with their respective events.
