Properties bar and database for PhpStorm

Does PhpStorm have property bar and database similar to dreamweaver? If yes, how to activate?

PHPStorm has a Database tool that you can access in View > Windows Tool > Database

As for the Properties Bar there is nothing similar because the purpose of PHPStorm is not to be a site builder . The properties bar tools handle styles , which PHPStorm infers you will build using CSS rather than directly in HTML.
