Slide Menu using Sherlock without ActionBarDrawerToggle that is obsolete

I have seen many examples to implement the slide menu using the famous SherlockActionBar, but all use the ActionBarDrawerToggle that is obsolete. Does anyone have an example of implementing a slide menu using Sherlock without ActionBarDrawerToggle?
