How to add banners in Joomla from internal modules, without plugins?

I'm trying to add 3 banners to my Joomla blog, but I'm not able to fit what I want to do with the Joomla modules. I want the blog to have the structure of the image below. .

I do not intend to use a third-party module unless it is required. Is it possible to do only with Joomla internal modules? As ? Can someone give me a hand, please?
