Digital TV with Stickers

I do not know if I can post this here. But I guess so. What is happening is the following I have to do my article, and my advisor gave me the theme Development of applications for digital TV using stickers. I researched stickers but did not have much material on the internet, in fact it has almost nothing, my impression was that they created the platform and abandoned it. They provided a poorly made and finished booklet. I would like to know if someone has already moved, if you have some apps that can pass me, handout, something I can study to make my article.
