I am having problems when an application tries to connect to the database, I get the ORA-12154 TNS error: could not resolve the connect identifier specified.
When I tinker or try to connect via pl / sql developer by sql plus everything happens normally. I'm using visual studio 2013, oracle 10g and windows 7 enterprise 64bit.
