I have a problem with the "ErrorViewer: ctlError" element using in a transaction, when I execute the deletion operation of a database object the delete confirmation msg duplicates, when I refresh the page the duplicate message is corrected, Anyone know what's going on?

Paul, usually Gx displays these messages in delete mode according to the properties confirm transaction and confirmation
Try changing the confirmation property to "never prompt" follows reference links about the above properties:
