When I send the send to the server I successfully send the success, according to the following message:

But in the mobile phone running the App nothing happens, no error. Connected in debug mode with the application running on Android Studio also nothing happens.
The impression I have is that by returning the server part, the message is being sent but is not finding the phone, so it does not reach the notification.
Could anyone give me suggestions of possible problems?
