Hello, I have a purchase page that when the user decides to make the purchase, is redirected to the paypal page. By the conversion funnel I can see if the user has returned to my page from paypal?

Yes, but first you need to set this 'page back' as a Goal. If the paypal sends the user back to that page and this process of going back and forth lasts less than 30 minutes, it will be captured normally and will appear in the funnel because the session will not have expired.
