Sending files to google drive with .net

How to send a file to google drive in C #? I have an IntPtr from a file, do I have to convert to bytes and send? How would the shipment look? I got a tutorial code, but I did not understand the configs:

This client ID, and secret refers to what? Which folder do I send there?
