Text CheckBox "Yes" and not "True"

Good afternoon,

I'm producing a form and I need to know how I do it so that when the CheckBox is selected it will deliver the text "Yes" and not "True" (my excel is in Portuguese). I think this is a simple solution but I do not know how to complete it.
