configure the breakpoint in the eclipse luna

I've browsed the net and YouTube and I did not find a way to configure the breakpoint in Luna eclipse with PDT I use windows and with server I use wamp and in other machines XAMPP, could someone give me a light or indicate a tutorial who can help me already very grateful.
