INTL Extension PHP 5.6 on Magento

Opa,

I could not install magento on localhost, I'm using EasyPHP with php 5.6.19.

I already checked the dll folder, the file 'php_intl.dll' is there, I already uncommented it in php.ini at 'extension = php_intl.dll'

Can anyone help me? It's urgent.
