MINGW32 composer: command not found - windows 8

Hello, I installed git on windows 8 and I have a problem with "cmd" the composer works and in Mingw32 that came in git the message "composer: command not found" does anyone know how I solve this?

NOTE: I have already put the composer.bat path in the PATH variable
