I need to migrate a WordPress (WooCommerce) site from Hostgator to Digital Ocean. However, I can not access the wp-content folder. I've already backed up the whole site via Hostgator, but it comes empty. I installed a plugin for backup in Dropbox, but when it arrives in the wp-content folder, an error occurs and the backup > does not happen. The folder is allowed 755 permission.
