Incorrect redirect in hosting / files

A customer's site started to "stick" about 3 days ago. The site is link . When you enter it, it redirects you to a folder called "index.html". This folder has never been created. I have already restored a backup on 05/04/2016, but it continues to redirect to this folder. I would like to know if you can see where he is doing this redirect.
