Phonegap facebook api no angularJS

According to this project link , I installed via git-shell, this plugin in my phonegap, I went to the folder and ran the shell. Good At least, in this tutorial, I had nothing else to explain, but when I call facebookConnectPlugin it is undefined . Do I need to do anything else to use this plugin?
He created a folder plugins, in the same directory where the www folder is, and inside this folder plugin, he created the facebook-connect folder.
