Hello. I need to develop an application for Android, to do the extraction and deletion of a mysql database in a raspberry pi, being on the same network. I thought about doing ssh, though, I never developed anything for mobile devices, and I do not have much experience with Android Studio. How can I start this project?

Your question is very generic. In the wiki of the "android" tag here of StackOverflow in Portuguese there are some tutorials (in the tutorials & Examples part) and I advise you to do them initially so that you start to have a certain understanding of Android before starting your project.
