I have a news site made in wordpress, hosted in a VPS in godaddy, and due to the large number of accesses, I'm having problems with hosting, the database falls when we have many accesses and the material is inaccessible, giving the following error:
"Error establishing a database connection"
And when I go to / wp-admin I get the same error.
I tried accessing phpmyadmin through Cpanel, but I get the following message:
The MySQL server is currently offline.
Error while connecting to MySQL: (XID qh3rc5) Can not connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) Error while connecting to MySQL: (XID qh3rc5) Can not connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 181.
Yes, from what I understand the database has crashed. My question is: Are there any settings I can make within WHM or CPanel that can help me 'free up' more memory for php?
I'm currently using sitelock along with a sitelock CDN.
Following the server settings:
Linux, 3GB RAM, largura de banda de 3 TB/mês e 90gb de disco.
Total processors: 24
Intel Xeon CPU ES-2630L V2 2.40GHz
I've seen it give RAM peak when we have 280 simultaneous accesses, but this was not the case.
The bandwidth we use does not exceed 600GB per month. And the disk we do not use even 10GB
I would love to see possible alternatives before having to hire a dedicated one. And if you only have this option, which web host would you recommend me to the dedicated?
