Swap sidebar positions directly in phpmyadmin

I'm having a wordpress problem where it's not letting clicar and arrastar to change the positions of the widgets (not just the widgets but the whole site). I need to only change the positions of 2 widgets that are there, I would like to put the last 2 in first but I have not got it so far. I went to the options table and edited the sidebars_widgets but it did not give me any results, it looks like nothing happened.
