I have a page today that is already in production and accessible to anyone by Google where their content is fully loaded from the Server and rendered.
I've upgraded to it and now your content will be loaded and manipulated via ANGULAR + AJAX
Can this cost me Google points?
Can I have indexing / ranking problems?

So if there is already a system of HTML Snapshots on your site, your links, meta tags and content are the same as before this upgrade, maybe Google will not give you positions, and maybe even better positioning.
I recommend testing on Webmaster Tools to see how Google views your current page.
