Show image after closing application and open again

I have this code, and with it I can take a photo and display the photo in place of the camera image just after closing the camera. But how do I make the last image taken on the camera appear when I open the application?

      if ('serviceWorker' in navigator) {
        navigator.serviceWorker.register('service-worker.js')
          .then(() => console.log('service worker installed'))
          .catch(err => console.log('Error', err));
      }
    </script>-->
