Question about music player for site

I would like to know if I can do a website music player, with AJAX, PHP or HTML5, using a YouTube playlist. Can you make it play in random mode this playlist so as not to keep repeating the same order every time?

According to the Youtube :

Embed a playlist

  • On a computer, sign in to your YouTube account.
  • On the left side of the page, click Playlists.
  • Click the title of the playlist you want to embed.
  • Click Share.
  • Click Embed.
  • Copy the HTML from the box that appears.
  • Paste the code into the HTML of your blog or website.

    • HTML only.

    Editing: as per Leonardo Patrício comment, if you like, Youtube provides your API for a variety of applications.
