I'm having a recurring problem with injected code in my online store. I use the opencart version 1.5.6.
Normally inject code into multiple files and then change the model / tool / image.php extension to image.suspected
Do you know how to solve it?

You need to check the permissions of the folder, and review all plugin and modules used, always good to use paid and updated version.
