Composer init, creates file in different directories

I installed composer, git, github on partition C :, I have apache24 server and php7 installed on partition D :, I entered my htdocs / SBFC folder from my server site on the command line and made a composer init, everything went fine but run dir command in the folder there was no file, I did a search on the computer found everything in a hidden folder in the directory C :, call C: \ VTRoot \ HarddiskVolume4 \ WebServer \ Apache24 \ htdocs \ SBFC with the files created as picture below

Someone can explain what happens to me, thanks for the help.

I found what was going wrong, was my antivirus comodo, the installation of activerecord went to another folder called VTRoot, I changed antivirus.
