I'm working on a hosting server with centos-webpanel and a remote MySQL server. centos-webpanel is already working normally with remote MySQL, it creates the banks and users phpmyadmin is also OK. But I can not install anything that uses MySQL by Softaculous , because it has the error below

I noticed that Softaculous gets to create the user but as localhost on the remote server and also notes if there is any bank with the same name, so it can not connect to the remote server with this permission.
