Send a set of accumulated data to the bank during the day, is it possible?

I had a question, to store data of events and navigation that the user performs in the site, it would be possible to only send to the bank after the end of the day, the actions that the users performed during the day, or save only when it close the site guide? It's possible? And would it have any advantage in doing that instead of registering as the user was performing the action? My question in this is to generate a lot of weight on the server, making requests at all times and with several users logged in.
