Error installing theme in Wordpress [duplicate]

To use wordpress locally with EasyPHP, when I try to install a theme, plugin or update the following error message appears:

Download failed. No working transports found

Generally this error occurs because the php_curl extension is disabled in the webserver. In order to perform the installation, just activate it, but when doing a quick search, it seems that some users presented some difficulties.
