Displaying the Wordpress search result in the index

I inserted the search in my index see the code

<?php get_search_form(); ?>

How can I make the search return the result to me in the index itself? in case the visitor will type there in the search and the result display below the search field? Today Wordpress when clicking search takes you to a search url.
