Friends I'm with a client that when it will upload photos in WP it gives this error

I have tried the one described in this site, but everything to no avail link
I do not know what else to do.
Detail, worked smoothly before, and without reason stopped working. I've updated all Plugins, I've updated the Theme, WP is updated too.
New NOTE: Photos with measurements lower than 1000X700 (approximate measurement) upam without problems, bigger photos the error happens.
