I have this layout in which I need to implement a ScrollView but I can not adjust it correctly, I need Scrollview to contemplate the blue and yellow part, so the user can see the rest of the items they have in recyclerview. However, as soon as it has slipped the "static textview" it needs to go up and always visible on the screen, as shown in the second image, does anyone have any idea how to do this?
