I need to validate an input mask from the Ninja Forms phone form

I'm using Ninja Forms as my contact form plugin. I currently use an input mask to force numbers to be entered. But I need validation to happen to the field of the phone reach 10 complete digits or 11 that are the case of Brazil's cell phones. Validation currently works for only a number of numbers. Can anyone help me figure out how to change this code?
