How to pick up the next business day? PHP [duplicate]

Well, I'm developing a PHP application related to an Online Butcher. At the time of finalizing the order, I have to check if the current time is more than 17:00 hrs, if it is, I need to know what next business day of the week to be able to return to the customer the date that the product will be delivered. Can someone help me? I looked in some forums, but I did not find anything like it.
