The Visual Studio can use this directly (actually you only need the compiler ), but if you want something external that does something more sophisticated:

• GhostDoc - quite popular and easy to use
• doxygen - very complete and works well for other languages
• SandCastle - the most popular, very complex, needs plugins , becomes almost official .
• Nocco - docco port
• Docu
• Natural Docs
• Live Documenter
• MonoDoc
• NDoc

I would get one of the first 3. I preferred to omit payments. Evaluate which one is best for your need.

There is also NDOC and DocProject that may be useful.

I recommend Sandcastle as well. It has a lot of flexibility and several transom (.chm, .hxs, .xmshc) ... although it does not create current wiki pages.
