How can I read the XML documentation generated by Visual Studio in any way that is formatted?

The Visual Studio can use this directly (actually you only need the compiler ), but if you want something external that does something more sophisticated:

I would get one of the first 3. I preferred to omit payments. Evaluate which one is best for your need.

I recommend Sandcastle as well. It has a lot of flexibility and several transom (.chm, .hxs, .xmshc) ... although it does not create current wiki pages.
