You can import an x32 lib. using an arm7l (Raspberry Pi 3b)

I was developing an application to run on a raspberry pi 3 but while the mail did not deliver I started on the notebook (Linux Mint) and did not have many problems.

When I received the raspberry test application but could not import the manufacturer's biometric reader lib (CIS), the error "invalid ELF header" appears.

Is it possible to import some x32 lib in a linux arm?

obs: I was using Ubuntu Mate
