Data Synchronization

Good afternoon, guys. I have a small problem: I created a C # application for managing a transport company. Then they asked me to also create a web page from where the customer informed the number of their process, could see the progress of their merchandise. The process progress twits of a certain client are done locally. So the question is this: how do I synchronize data from a local server (SQL Server in this case) to a web server ????
