I am developing a delivery website where I would like the customer to send an SMS to his cell phone when the customer completes the order.
Would it have some form (free of preference, but can be paid as well) to do this using some asp script, or more likely in php?
The system is totally Web, that is, no integration with android, ios or anything, it will be used in the normal browser of such devices.
