I received a request to do a POC of email, but before doing so I would like to know what a POC is in C #.
If there is content on the internet for the same.
Q: I do not want the solution, I just want to know what it is to search.

You can not be sure without knowing the context, but I do not think it's something specific to C #. I imagine it to be proof of concept , ie you are asked to do something practical that shows it is possible to make a theory. It may be that they have asked to do something simple, that has basic operation and that does not need to be ready for use in production. It can be considered a prototype for future development or to better evaluate the strategy to be adopted.
The term may be mistakenly used to request proof of knowledge rather than proof of concept. You may have asked to show if you know how to make software that performs a certain task.
Note that it may not be any of this, it is difficult to talk about the acronym that someone used and is not often employed. And I'm still assuming that it's right.
