I have a tremendous doubt. How do I host a webservice with only .php files on hostinger or any other free host? How?

Yes, you have it, you host it as if you were hosting any other system / web site, but an addendum. If it is for testing purposes, you can rather host any hosting service there. However, if you are developing a webservice for production environment, I recommend that you host it on some clouding service, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or any other company that offers cloud hosting.
