Wordpress - I changed the structure of permalinks and the posts were with error 500 (Internal Server Error)

Opa, I changed the structure of my permalinks to / blog /% postname% as in the image below:

I have tried everything and nothing! Does anybody know how to solve this? Is it a server error or is it in my code / plugins?

NOTE: In place the error does not happen ...
