Keep Adnroid connected to ESP8266 as an access point

First of all the code works perfectly on any cell phone that uses a version of the android prior to Lollipop. From it to the most recent is that the problem occurs. What happens is that my app connects normally to the AP created on the ESP8266, and it even stays connected. But the android brand as not having internet access and bypasses all calls from my app for access via 3G / 4G. That is, it stays connected but not used. And in some moments he disconnects himself and connects back to my wifi. I tried all the settings available on android but with no success. Is there any way to force it to access my ESP8266 at least for socket calls? Root on the phone is out of the question.
