How to compile GNU DiffUtils3 for use with MediaWiki on Windows?

I'm installing MediaWiki in Windows but I need to install the DiffUtils3 . I could only find the installer for the version 2.8.7 , it seems to me that 3 has to compile. Could someone help me with this? Or do you know where I can download the installer?

After some time I discovered that the diff3 library is actually in the bin folder of the DiffUtils installation. Just place the library address in the variable $wgDiff3 of LocalSettings.php
