Initially, it's as simple as copying them into the c:/Windows/fonts folder.
But remember that the more fonts you have, the longer it will take the computer to start up when you open, for example, Word or Photoshop, because it will have to load more of them.
Download the one you like from DaFont - Download fonts
And just double click or unzip the folder and paste it in your windows fonts folder
