Find the file DXSDK_Jun10.exe on the internet. It should be 571 MB. It's a developer version of DirectX, and is official from Microsoft. It includes all previous versions of DirectX for Windows 7, it's for backwards compatibility with all games and applications that require earlier versions of DirectX to run smoothly on Windows 7.
