When you want to delete a file and you get the warning 'The action cannot be completed because another program opened the folder', is there a way to know which program has it open?

On mac you can open activity monitor, double click on an application and it will show you the open files of the application
I imagine this is not a Mac. On Windows, it's quite complicated at times and at others easy, sometimes in the task manager, you can display the function that blocks it, but it will be hopeless, the list is long. If it is not life-threatening, you can remove it the next time you start Windows, no problem, but if it persists look at what applications start with the system, one of those may be the culprit, you finish them with the task manager and try to delete. >Make sure it's not the antivirus.
