Of course you can. The first option is to use RAD tools like Real Basic (alternative to Visual Basic or Delphi, its last version came out in 2013), Xojo, the new reincarnation of RealBasic or OMNIS Studio, which can develop for macOS, iOS, Windows, Andriod, except Linux.

The second option is to use a cross-platform IDE like Visual Studio (which even supports Swift and Objective C.

The third option is to use a language specifically designed to be OS independent like Java.

Or you could use virtual machines like Parallels Desktop to have macOS X, Windows and Linux on the same machine.

Although I am not a Mac user, I would say that with this platform you can program for Windows and Linux. Programming languages such as Java, Python, php, javascript, R and others allow programming for any of these platforms. Even Swift, Apple's programming language for making mobile apps, can be used on Linux.

How can I install the DVORAK keyboard layout in Spanish on my Windows 10 computer? I can only find it available in English, and I can't type the ñ or accents like this. :: Why do Linux fans dislike the Windows operating system?
