If the 2 iPhones are yours, through the iCloud it's possible or straightforward. You just put your iCloud username (or the iTunes) and it does it as soon as you identify yourself as that user on the new iPhone.
Now if you only want to share part of your photos or info (NOT APPS), you can pass them via bluetooth or using an app like WhatsApp for example.
